Last minute: Patrice will let you in on a secret recipe: This month: Tartiflette.
For 4 people : - 1 reblochon cheese - 1 kg potatoes - 10 cl crème fraiche - 150 g lardons - 1 onion - Salt, Pepper
Brown the potatoes and onion in a frying pan with the butter and season with salt and pepper. When the potatoes are cooked but not golden, transfer them to a gratin dish with the lardons. Cut the reblochon into slices and lay over the potatoes, with the crust on top. Drizzle crème fraiche over the dish. Put in a hot oven (Gas mark 7-8) for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
Bon appétit!
