Chef Patrice Paul has worked in the kitchens for more than 10 years. He never ceases to renew the menu which will tantalise your taste buds, take care of your body and let you experience the specialities of the region.
Patrice will indulge you with a glimpse of the menu here, dependent on fresh, seasonal produce.

The restaurant is open to non-residents by a simple telephone reservation (free phone number). For those on half-board, each day Patrice and his team will give you a choice between 2 starters, 2 main courses and cheeses and desserts using seasonal produce and displayed well in advance.

Don’t hesitate to let us know of any specific requirements (notably allergies); the restaurant team are devoted to ensuring you excellent cuisine.
